What is Fijian Barefoot Massage?
Fijian Massage is a one-day course that teaches foot techniques learned in the Fijian Islands. Designed for deep tissue massage to be applied either by standing but preferably sitting in a chair. This modality is excellent for mobile and outdoor events.
The neuromuscular like movements are applied with the feet; the foot strokes are delivered while the therapist is seated on a stool and the client is fully dressed lying on a mat on the floor.
I am super excited about offering this unique massage technique that will save the hands of therapists!
Our Barefoot Bodyworks Ashiatsu Massage Trainings Classes

Fijian Barefoot Massage Live Course – 9 CE
Arkansas & NCBTMB approved
Bring a mat and stool (thick yoga mat preferred, we will need to have our stools right next to the client to use our feet, so mat’s that are too bulky will cause you to be unbalanced sitting in the stool). A folding 18-inch stool will work fine if you’re taller than 5’10” you may prefer a 24-inch stool. You’ll need two pillows for your client to bolster the knees and a face cradle for the floor. Therapists should wear loose, comfortable clothes for class. I will have floor face cradles available for sale – you’ll need your cushioned face rest cover to place on top if you haven’t got a floor cradle.
Your tuition cost includes access to a digital manual and video review for class!
Your $50 deposit is non-refundable. Should something happen and you are unable to attend this class date, we can transfer the deposit to a date in the future. Please give plenty of notice if you foresee this situation so that I can offer the spot to another therapist on the waitlist.
$250 for 9 hour CE – digital manual and instructional video included in cost of course
