After completing the Basic Bar course and practicing your new posterior barefoot strokes, return for this 12-hour advanced training class and learn how to complete the anterior routine, advanced site-specific work, and how to safely deliver two-footed moves! Your anterior and advanced training will allow for more time spent on your client’s “trouble” areas. While there are several double-footed strokes in this training session; most of the strokes are performed with one foot. So, this training is great for you even if you are not strong enough to pull your weight up with the overhead bars!
